Welcome to SEDI

SEDI Bulletin:

On January 11, 2014, the operation of the System for Electronic Disclosure by Insiders ("SEDI") and the SEDI web site was transferred from CDS INC. to a new service provider engaged by the British Columbia Securities Commission, Alberta Securities Commission, Ontario Securities Commission and Autorité des marchés financiers, as representative stakeholders of the thirteen Provincial and Territorial securities regulatory authorities of Canada. The rights and obligations of CDS INC. in certain SEDI forms, as well as in the SEDI web site Terms of Use and the Privacy Statement, were assigned as of January 11, 2014, to the Alberta Securities Commission ("ASC"), as the representative securities regulatory authority authorized to grant licenses and enter into agreements with users of SEDI and the SEDI web site. Commencing January 11, 2014, the ASC will be party to and manage the contractual relations with all users of SEDI and the SEDI web site. As a result, consequential amendments have been integrated into the SEDI web site Terms of Use and the Privacy Statement, as well as into various SEDI forms in order to reflect the above-mentioned changes.
