How to Request an Insider Access Key Reset |
If an insider or agent needs to have an insider access key reset, and they do not have the current access key, they should contact the CSA Service Desk at 1-800-219-5381.

Note: The CSA Service Desk staff will require you to provide the answer to the confidential question, which was provided when the insider profile was completed. |
