Insider Profile - Remove a Registered Holder

Caution

If an insider report has been filed about a security held by a registered holder, you cannot remove that registered holder.

How to Amend Insider Profile to Remove Registered Holder from Local List

Steps to remove a registered holder from your local list follow:

Step	Action
1	Choose Insider profile at the top of the screen
2	The Introduction to insider profile activities (Form 55-102F1) screen opens Choose Amend insider profile in the left navigation bar
3	The Amend insider profile screen opens Choose Option 2 and click Add or amend issuer information
4	The Add or amend issuer information screen opens Click the radio button beside the issuer to select it Click Amend
5	The Amend issuer information screen opens Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click If you wish to specify one or more registered holders for other than direct holdings, check this box. Click Next
6	The Add Registered Holders screen opens Scroll to the bottom of the screen to the Local list of the registered holders for this issuer and click the radio button beside the name of the registered holder to be removed. Note: There should be no insider reports filed under this registered holder. Click Remove
7	The Confirm Removal screen opens Click Confirm Removal
8	The Add Registered Holder screen reopens Click Next The File amended information screen opens Review amended information Click Certify Click OK The Completed screen opens If you would like a printed version with a date and time stamp, click Printer friendly version. SEDI will display the profile in a format that is easily printed, and your browser’s Print dialog box will open. Once your browser’s print dialog box opens, print and click Back. Either click Yes to make another amendment, click No to return to the Introduction to insider profile activities (Form 55-102F1) page, or click Logout in the top navigation bar
