Issuer Profile Supplement

Background

An issuer profile and supplement may be viewed while you are logged in to SEDI as an Issuer user or from the Access public filings option available from the Welcome to SEDI page if you are logged out.

How to View an Issuer Profile and Supplement While Logged in

Steps to view an issuer profile supplement while logged in as an issuer user follow:

Click Issuer profile supplement from the top navigation bar

The Introduction to profile supplement activities (Form 55-102F3) screen opens

Click View issuer profile and supplement in the left navigation bar

The View issuer profile and supplement screen opens

The left navigation bar expands to include:

View issuer profile and supplement - displays relevant sections of the issuer profile in SEDAR and supplementary information in SEDI

View security designation – lists Outstanding and Archived securities in the issuer profile supplement. Click the radio button beside a security, and then click Next to view details about the security on the View Security designation – View details of security screen.

Within each option, clicking the “Printer friendly version” button will take you to a printer-friendly page and launch your browser’s print dialog box. Use the Back button on the page (not the browser “back” button) to return to the “View Issuer profile and supplement” page.

How to View an Issuer Profile and Supplement While Logged Out

Steps to view an issuer profile supplement from the Access public filings option of the Welcome to SEDI page follow:

2	Click View issuer information in the left navigation bar The Select issuer screen opens Enter information in the appropriate fields Click Search The View search results screen opens Click the radio button beside the issuer's name Click Next The View issuer profile and supplement screen opens The left navigation bar expands to include: View issuer profile and supplement - displays relevant sections of the issuer profile in SEDAR and supplementary information in SEDI. View issuer report – lists issuer reports filed by the issuer. Click the radio button beside an issuer report, and then click Next to view details about the issuer report on the View issuer report – View information screen. View security designation – lists Outstanding and Archived securities in the issuer profile supplement. Click the radio button beside a security, and then click Next to view details about the security on the View Security designation – View details of security screen. Clicking the “Printer friendly version” will take you to a printer-friendly page and launch your browser’s print dialog box. Use the Back button on the page (not the browser “back” button) to return to the “The View Issuer profile” page.
