Filing Process for Stock Dividends

A stock dividend is an issuer event.

You report a security obtained through a dividend in the same manner as you would other common shares acquisitions with the following exceptions:

Nature of transaction: Stock dividend - code 35.

Filing an insider report for stock dividends is similar to filing an insider report for common shares with the exceptions noted above.
