How to View Insider Trading Reports

Steps to view insider trading reports follow:

From the Welcome page of SEDI
Click Access public filings in the top right-hand corner of the Welcome to SEDI page

Click View summary reports on the left-hand navigation bar
|

On the next screen, scroll down and click the radio button beside the report title Insider transaction detail
|

On the next screen, under Mandatory Criteria, click the arrow head beside "Select One" and highlight the appropriate description for the information you require. You may either make a selection in the remaining fields or click Search
|

Click View at the beginning of the appropriate line on the next screen to view the transaction details
|
|

|
To print this report, scroll to the bottom of the screen and select Download PDF Report
