Initial Set Up on SEDI - Issuer

Initial Steps

The following steps must be taken by staff of the issuer before insiders of the issuer can record any transactions on SEDI:

 

1.      SEDI User Registration - Obtain User ID and Password

2.      Create an Issuer Profile Supplement - Obtain Issuer Access Key

SEDI User Registration

The SEDI user ID and password created during the registration process allows access to the SEDI system.

Create Issuer Profile Supplement - Obtain Issuer Access Key

Each issuer is required to have an issuer profile supplement filed on SEDI. An issuer access key is created at the end of the "Create Issuer Profile" process.

The issuer access key is required to perform issuer activities (such as amending the Issuer Profile Supplement or filing an issuer event or issuer grant report).
