General Remarks or Private Remarks

When to Use

The general remarks or private remarks section is used to provide clarification or additional information about a filing. These are optional fields. “No comments” remarks are not required.

General remarks are available for public viewing on the SEDI web site

Private remarks

Private remarks are only viewable to securities regulators

Space Limitations

The remarks field is limited to 254 characters.

To expand the information in the remarks field the filer may consider referencing a document that is already filed (perhaps on SEDAR) which contains the same information.
