General Remarks or Private Remarks
When to Use |
The general remarks or private remarks section is used to provide clarification or additional information about a filing. These are optional fields. “No comments” remarks are not required.

Space Limitations |
The remarks field is limited to 254 characters. To expand the information in the remarks field the filer may consider referencing a document that is already filed (perhaps on SEDAR) which contains the same information. |
