When to Use |
If you have previously filed an insider report for this issuer, enter a date in the Opening balance date field. This date will be used for all opening balances for this issuer and should be prior to the date of any transactions to be reported for this issuer on SEDI. Example: If you were an insider prior to June 9, 2003 (paper filer) then you must put the date of your last paper filing. If you have not filed insider reports for this issuer then enter the date you became an insider of this issuer in the Date the insider became an insider of this issuer field. Example: If you became an insider on or after June 9, 2003, you would put the date you became an insider of the issuer. |
